Personnel was very amiable and especially helpful!
Hotel was extremely comfy and relaxing and the room was functional. The breakfast was exceptionally nice as expected with rice and soup, for example. The location was lovely, just a walking distance from Zenryu-ji Temple. I loved having a metro station within 15 minutes walk.

Be sure to check the train schedules yourself as staff may not provide accurate transit options.

Room size could be a bit bigger for comfort.

Stylish modern décor sets a cozy atmosphere, especially noticeable in the terrace area that offers a nice escape after a day of wandering. Amenities like the outdoor deck cater perfectly.
Room size comes off as cramped. Storing bags under the bed can get old fast. Shower height is fixed and inconvenient for taller folks. Checkout time at 10 AM feels a bit restrictive compared to the usual 11 AM, which could be a pain if you're not an early riser.

Cen's cafe was a little slice of heaven, serving up great coffee and the terrace was perfect for sipping while soaking in the Tokyo vibes. Plus, the tight-knit neighborhood was quiet. Don't sleep on Ichiran. Their ramen is legendary!
The room was super tiny, and the funky layout. Service wasn't exactly stellar, and let's keep it real, the price didn't match what you get.

Perfect spot for exploring Tokyo!
Just spent 3 nights here with my partner and loved it! Super comfy bed and nice quiet rooms. The location is perfect-close to Shin-Ōkubu station and some great food spots. The cafe has a chill vibe too. Just wished the breakfast options were a bit better. A solid stay!

Stylish decor adds charm. The room felt cramped, especially with luggage. Loved the terrace area and the quiet neighborhood.

I stayed in a Double Room for four nights. The location felt safe and quiet, with great restaurants just a short walk away. The stylish decor caught my eye, especially the terrace area. Staff were attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The room size left a lot to be desired. There wasn't enough space for our luggage, and we struggled to navigate with bags. The shower's glass walls were awkward for privacy, especially with two people. It had potential but definitely needs some tweaks for comfort.

Perfect for couples seeking adventure
I loved the fact that the hotel had a friendly staff ready to help at any moment. The outdoor seating area is perfect for unwinding after a long day! The location was also a gem, with loads of little restaurants nearby for late-night snacks, just a few blocks away from where we stayed.
It wasn't inexpensive,, but it was still reasonable for what we got.
